Frank V. DeMarco
Frank V. DeMarco is a retired N.Y. City detective who distinguished himself during his twenty-six
year career with NYPD as one of the leading experts on organized crime. He participated in some of
New York’s most challenging and high profile homicide investigations and was regarded as one of
NYPD’s most outstanding detectives. After his service with NYPD Mr. DeMarco joined the Investigation
Bureau of the NY County District Attorney’s Office as a senior investigator where he continued his
service to the citizens of New York. For fifteen more years he continued to distinguish himself and
in fact, remains active as an advisor and witness on important cases being conducted by local state
and federal authorities.
Mark D. Stolorow
Executive Director, Forensic Science, Orchid Cellmark Inc.Mark D. Stolorow joined Orchid in December 2001 with the company's acquisition of Lifecodes, which included U.S.-based Cellmark Diagnostics, and currently serves as Executive Director, Forensic Science. Mr. Stolorow has significant experience in forensic sciences, as both a forensic serologist and laboratory administrator. Prior to joining Cellmark Diagnostics, he served as the training coordinator of the statewide forensic serology program and later as the research program administrator for the Illinois State Police, Bureau of Forensic Sciences. Mr. Stolorow has had extensive courtroom experience as an expert witness. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences and a member of the International Society of Forensic Haemogenetics. Mr. Stolorow received a B.S. from the University of Michigan and an M.S. in Forensic Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh. He also earned an M.B.A. in Management from Eastern Michigan University.
Daniel M. McGillycuddy
Daniel M. McGillycuddy is a partner in the White Collar Crime Group in the New York office of Binghman McCutchen. Prior to
joining Bingham McCutchen, Dan served nearly 24 years as an Assistant District Attorney with the New
York County District Attorney’s Office. He was Senior Investigative Counsel in the Rackets Bureau
(Organized Crime Unit) and the supervising investigator and lead prosecutor in over 800 cases,
resulting in 150 substantial investigations and complex criminal, financial and corporate fraud
actions. He also served as lead prosecutor in over 60 jury trials, conducted over 50 extensive
financial investigations, and tried multiple million-dollar fraud cases.
For nearly a decade before joining the Rackets Bureau, Dan served in various capacities in the Frauds Bureau, the Trial Division and the Special Narcotics Prosecutor’s Office. He was lead prosecutor of more than 100 wide-ranging crimes involving official corruption, white-collar larceny, bank and securities fraud, tax evasion, forgery and commercial bribery.
Robert A. LevinsonBob Levinson is a twenty-eight year veteran of both the DEA & FBI. He offers extensive international experience and has focused on criminal activities, business intelligence projects, asset location and recoveries in Latin America, the Caribbean, Russia and Europe. He has represented the USA while serving on international Task Forces dealing with organized criminal and money laundering activities in Europe, Russia/Eastern Block countries.Previously he was the Managing Director for an international investigative firm and was responsible for consulting and directing investigations in the Caribbean, Latin America, Europe, Russia and the former Soviet republics. Bob is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of CCNY, and a member of numerous organizations. Bob is fluent in Spanish and conversant in Russian.
Thomas D. NerneyTom Nerney is a retired N.Y. City detective with thirty-six years of service in NYPD. His range of investigative assignments went from undercover work in the Narcotics Division early in his career to spending his last sixteen years assigned to the Detective Bureau's Major Case Squad.His skills and experience are multi-faceted including assignment as a hostage negotiator, and, as a primary investigator on ransom kidnappings, with experience in hundreds of incidents. However, he may be most noted for his role in investigating the unsolved homicide of police officers in New York City, some over thirty years old. Additionally, Detective Nerney has lectured and trained on a wide range of investigative subjects, on a local, state and federal level. He's also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. |
