The Cold Case Forum, LLC has been founded to provide training to police departments and other law
enforcement agencies whose personnel are asked to carry out the serious job of solving open or
unsolved homicides. They are most often asked to do this with little, if any, training that could
enhance their skills.
To fill this void the Cold Forum conducts workshops and seminars that offer practical advice and
training from highly experienced investigators, forensic experts and prosecutors who have a track
record of success in pursuing cold cases and bringing killers to justice.

The Cold Case Forum Workshops and Seminars offer a unique opportunity to law enforcement
professionals to delve into the function of detectives and other investigators in a different way.
The workshops and seminars teach how to break from the traditional use of investigative resources
that has a built in limit on how much can be accomplished.
New ideas about resource allocation will provide alternatives to police chiefs and other police
administrators, who are often constrained by budget, culture, tradition, unions and other
extraneous factors.
